Clubs are welcome to send more than one delegate to the AGM but there can be only one vote per club for any motions etc. Please ensure that only one delegate is chosen to vote if this is called for.
Clubs may submit motions to be considered at the AGM and they should be sent to the Chairman at least 14 days before the meeting.
The Federation is looking for people to serve on the committee and any nominations or enquiries should be made to the Chairman at least 7 days before the meeting.
