Compton win Southern Challenge Division 2 South
Southern Challenge Division 2 South
It was unfortunate that the rain intervened on Sunday at Southwick. But we did get in 5 rounds on the day and it produced an exceedingly close result. After the number of matches and game wins was calculated it all came down to net hoops which luckily I had been totting up during the 2 days just in case. As you know Compton won over Rottingdean by the slender margin of 9 hoops after two days of play.
Well done to Compton and thank you to everyone for making it a good couple of days of croquet.
