to be held via Zoom on Saturday 15th November 2025 at 10.00 a.m.

2. Minutes of the 38th AGM held on 16th November 2024 and matters arising.

3. Election of Officers and Committee for 2026
The following persons offer themselves for election or re-election:
Chairman: Andrew Stewart (West Worthing & Sussex County)
Secretary: Jon Diamond (Royal Tunbridge Wells)
Treasurer: David King (Sussex County)
Committee members: Bob Clark (Littlehampton), Richard Carline (Sussex County), Douglas Shand (Guildford and Godalming), Matt Cook (Caterham), Dr Alan Grundy (Surbiton)
4. Motion from the Committee as follows: “Following the changes to Croquet England constituencies it is proposed to delete section 7g of the Federation’s constitution.“
5. Treasurer’s Report (David King).
6. Fixing of the rate of the annual subscription for 2026 – Committee proposing increase to £25 pa. per club.
7. The amount of the tournament and league fees for 2026 to remain unchanged
8. Appointment of the Independent Examiner.
